The Foundation aims to achieve the following: to promote the virtue of motherhood and its imperatives in the modern day world; to provide free education to the less-privileged and Indigenes in the society; to put smile on the face of the less-privileged; to empower the aged widows and the less-privileged through training and financial assistance; and to give hope, succour and joy of living to the poor, thereby contributing to the growth and development of the society.

On Saturday, 30 September, 2023, the Foundation celebrated the 5th anniversary of the death of the late Mrs Felicia Akanke Obasa with a medical outreach for the residents of the Tipper Garage area of Olomore Community.

Over 200 residents, mostly females benefitted from the programme put together by the medical arm of the Foundation.
