All is set for the ruling on petitions filed by the Presidential Candidates of the Labour Party, Peter Obi; and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, reports thegazellenews.com

As at the time of writing this report, both Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi are not in court.

The National Chairman of Labour Party, Julius Abure and Obidient activist, Aisha Yesufu are both in court.

Also in court are: the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Umar Ganduje, representing his party as a respondent; the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, also a respondent; the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu; and the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.
