The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire has enjoined Nigerian Muslims to maximize the spiritual opportunity presented by the advent of the holy month of Ramadan to pray for peace and unity in Nigeria as the country prepares to usher in a new administration on 29 May, 2023.

Orelope-Adefulire gave this advice on Thursday, 23 March, 2023 via a press statement she signed to felicitate with Muslims all over Nigeria on the commencement of the holy month.

“I greet my Muslim brothers and sisters all over Nigeria on the advent of this holy month. It’s always a month of spiritual rebirth for Muslims.

“I want to enjoin our Muslim brothers and sisters not to relent in maximising the spiritual opportunity offer by this holy month to continue to pray for peace and unity in Nigeria as we move towards the inauguration of a new administration on 29 May, 2023.

“As the holy month of Ramadan commences, I greet our Muslim brothers and sisters: Ramadan Kareem and I pray that Almighty Allah grants us all good health in the month and beyond,” the Presidential Aide said.
