
The 2026 edition of South East Educators Conference (SEEC) that will revolutionize the future of education in Nigeria will hold between April 15 and 16 at the International Convention Centre,Awka, Anambra state under the powerful theme: “Igniting the Advantage: Schools, Systems and Skills”.
According to Barr. Doris Chinedu-Okoro, Convener of SEEC, participants at this year’s edition should expect strong leadership,better systems and equipped educators that will change their schools forever. It promises to be the most impactful yet, gathering a dynamic blend of visionaries, thought leaders, innovators, educators, and policymakers to drive conversations, collaborations, and commitments that will shape the future of education in Nigeria and beyond.

Also commenting, Rotimi Eyitayo,CEO, Team masters global,an internationally recognised growth strategist and speaker at the event said ‘when systems are broken or just outdated,it is hard to shine’.
Eyitayo, who had worked with government agencies,ministries and institutions across Nigeria and beyond to redesign culture, leadership as well as performance frameworks from inside -out does not just talk about change,he builds it.
At SEEC 2026, Eyitayo said he will reveal how to build a school culture where staff wants to stay and grow, fix structural gaps as well as turn ‘best practices’ into school’s lived reality.
