TopPro Sports Boss Ayodele Thomas Throws Weight Behind Chikelue Iloenyosi’s Bid For NFF Board

While former Super Eagles defender and now Chairman of Anambra State Football Association, Chikelue Iloenyosi, has stepped up his campaign for the membership of the NFF board as the South East representative, he has expectedly, also been receiving supports from stakeholders in the football community. 

The latest stakeholder to throw his weight of support for the candidacy of Iloenyosi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TopPro Sports Management Company, ESV Ayodele Thomas. 

In a press statement, the renowned sportspreneur describes the bid of of the former Super Eagles defender as a welcome development that is expected to breathe fresher and reinvigorating vibes into the Nigerian football ecosystem. 

“Like many others, I believe that Nigerian football needs better ideas, fresher and positive vibes. We have to get the right persons into the positions of leadership and management of our football,” Thomas posited. 

“Our football is presently at a crossroad. We’ve experienced so many avoidable setbacks. That’s why I think we’d get it right, beginning with voting and getting credible football persons into the board of the NFF. 

“As stakeholders, we’re galvanising supports for General Chikelue Iloenyosi, as the South East representative on the NFF board. Our football needs committed, passionate and focused persons like him for the development of Nigerian football,” Thomas added.
