Youth, Sports Development Ministry Hosts Virtual Extraordinary Meeting Of National Council On Sports

As the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development under the leadership of  Mr. Sunday Dare continues to engage relevant stakeholders with a view to moving sports forward in the country after the devastation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic,  the Ministry is inviting the public to participate in a virtual meeting of the Extraordinary National Council on Sports which will hold on Monday, 18 May, 2020 at 3:00 pm.
The focus of the meeting will include the 20th National Sports Festival (Edo 2020), the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) among others.
Expected participants include: the Deputy Governor of Edo state,  Rt. Hon. Philip Shuaibu who is also the chairman of the Local Organising Committee of Edo 2020, state commissioners and permanent secretaries in charge of sports, chairmen of states sports commissions, general managers of states sports council and states directors in charge of sports.
