As Nigerians are set to vote in the crucial Presidential Election on Saturday, 25 February, 2023, a former lawmaker, Hon Wahab Alawiye-King has appealed to Nigerians to remain calm but resolute in their resolve to cast their ballot on the day.

He also urged them to actualize the dream for a better Nigeria by voting for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all candidates of the party for more prosperous, united, safe and secure Nigeria

Alawiye-King said that Nigerians should also avoid acting the scripts of those who want a breakdown of law and order in order to distrupt the forthcoming general elections.

While speaking ahead of the poll, the Chairman of Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board who also doubles as the Dean of all SUBEB Chairmen in Nigeria noted that Nigerians should not allow the current trying times to discourage them in fulfilling their civic duties to the country.

Wahab Alawiye-King therefore urged them to troop out in large number on Election day to vote for a Renewed Hope inspired by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He said further, “I am optimistic of the victory of the ruling APC when Nigerians go to the polls to elect new President and other positions. Asiwaju Tinubu has the experience,  education, connection, exposure and capacity to take Nigeria to a greater height”.

Eighteen political parties are fielding candidates for the February 25th Presidential Election in which over 90 million voters will determines who succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.
