Famous veteran Nollywood actress Ayo Adesanya has revealed she is ready to rekindle her past romance with Fuji musician Wasiu Alabi Pasuma.
During an interview on the Oyinmomo Talk Show, the host revisited Ayo’s previous relationship with Pasuma and asked if there was any chance of them reconnecting. Ayo, who recently revealed that she endured a decade-long abusive relationship, responded with laughter before giving her take on the question.
Known for her openness, the actress admitted that she is a “never say never” kind of person.
“If it is God’s will that we should be together when we are much older, then so be it, ” she said adding that she has no reservations about the idea.
Her response comes years after Pasuma, in a 2013 interview, publicly expressed his lingering feelings for her. At the time, the Fuji star openly said, “I am still in love with her,” revealing that their breakup was due to media interference.
He also mentioned that if Ayo ever accepted a marriage proposal from him, he would be ready to take the next step.
Ayo Adesanya’s statement has since fueled speculation, with fans cúrious about whether the former lovers might reunite in the future.
