Akinpelu, Adebisi Ward C Visit: Promise of Transformation, Progress continues

The Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Alimoso Local Government for the Saturday, 12 July, 2025 local government elections in Lagos State, Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson; and his running mate, Hon Francis Adebisi in the July 12 Local  Government Election,  visited Ward C in Alimosho Local Government with his running mate, Hon. Francis Adebisi reports thegazellenews.com 

Key party leaders, including the Alimosho APC chairman, Hon. Tosin Fatoki were also part of the visit.

The purpose of this visit was to engage with residents and stakeholders in the ward, fostering collaboration and support for the upcoming initiatives and goals of the party and support for the APC in the forthcoming local government election.

The APC chairmanship candidate and his team were warmly received by the residents of Ward C, who listened attentively to their message of transformation and progress. Akinpelu outlined his agenda for the local government, which includes improving infrastructure, enhancing healthcare delivery, promoting education, and empowering women and youth, all encompassed in his WUSE AGENDA INITIATIVE of his incoming administion. 

“We are committed to making Alimosho a model local government,” Akinpelu declared. “We will work tirelessly to ensure that our local government is transformed into a hub of excellence, with modern infrastructure, quality education, and healthcare.” 

His running mate, Hon. Francis Adebisi, added that their administration would prioritize the needs of the people, particularly women and youth, and ensure that they are empowered to contribute to the development of the local government.

Akinpelu’s agenda programme includes a range of initiatives designed to benefit the people of Alimosho. These include the establishment of a youth empowerment scheme, a women’s empowerment program, and a community-based healthcare program. He also promised to construct motorable roads, provide piped water, and improve security in the local government.

The Alimosho APC Chairman, in his remarks, expressed confidence that the party would win the forthcoming election in Ward C and across the local government. “We have a winning team, and with Akinpelu and Francis as our candidates, we are assured of victory,” he said. The residents of Ward C, who attended the meeting, expressed their support for the APC candidates and pledged to vote for them in large numbers.

Akinpelu and his team left Ward C with a sense of optimism and hope for a brighter future. With their message of transformation and progress resonating with the people, they are confident of winning the election and delivering on their promises to the people of Alimosho.
