Those who have sent their tributes include Beyonce, , sir.Elton John, Taylor Swift, Oprah Winfrey has paid a heartfelt tribute to country music icon Dolly Parton who died on Tuesday at the age of 80, prompting an outpouring of tributes from across the entertainment world.

Beyonce’s through a statement on in her official website, beyonce.com, wrote, “Dolly, you were the barometer. The north star. Bold and brilliant. Talented and tenacious. You taught so many lessons on how to be uniquely oneself. I am grateful for your art, your heart, your generosity, your humor, your entrepreneurship.

Beyonce and Parton collaborated on the singer’s 2024 album Cowboy Carter. Parton appeared on the interlude titled Dolly P and contributed to the track Tyrant.Beyonce also recorded a reworked version of Parton’s classic hit Jolene for the album, which Parton publicly praised at the time.
