The Senator representing Lagos Central Senatorial District, Senator Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun has highlighted his constituency interventions in Lagos Central as he seeks re-election to the Senate in the 2027 general elections.
The projects include 500 grinding machines, 500 sewing machines, 1,000 generators, 500 deep freezers and 50 tricycles distributed to support livelihoods and small businesses in the Senatorial District.
The Senator also facilitated the provision of an X-ray machine for General Hospital, Lagos, while 40,000 school bags and one million exercise books were distributed to Junior and Senior Secondary School students across the district.
His constituency programme also includes the Elderly Citizens Assistance Scheme, tagged “Our Elders, Our Fountain of Wisdom”, through which senior citizens have received cash, food and clothing.
The campaign team of the Senator said the interventions were aimed at supporting livelihoods, creating opportunities for families and assisting vulnerable residents, particularly elderly citizens.
It described the initiatives as evidence of a representation focused on tangible benefits for constituents.
The campaign subsequently urged Lagos Central residents to support Eshilokun’s re-election, asking, “So why interrupt what is working?”
Under the slogan, “Your Neighbour Man,” it called for the continuation of his mandate and constituency interventions.
