Famous veteran Nollywood actor Yemi Solade has disclosed that he was once paid to pretend to have a physical disability as part of a fake healing miracle in a church.

Solade made this disclosure during an interview with Feel Right News TV, published on Tuesday, 8 September, 2026.

According to the actor said the incident happened before he became popular in Nollywood, when he was still a student and had not established himself in the entertainment industry.

Solade said he was approached to pretend to have a physical disability as part of a purported healing miracle and agreed to take part.
