Following the resignation of Shakiru Giwa as coach of Inter of Lagos, a Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, on Tuesday, 13 October, 2026, the club has named Olusanjo Olutayo as the new head coach.
The tall, young tactician will take charge of the team on interim basis.
Olutayo is expected to transform the team’s fortune in the NPFL.
Inter Lagos will lock horns with Nasarawa United in their next league fixture this weekend.
The Lagos-based club sit at the bottom of the league table with five points from eight matches.
