The son of British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has challenged the viral narrative surrounding his father’s death in Thailand.
In an emotional video, Junior disputed reports that his father died from complications linked to a penis enlargement procedure, claiming there were unexplained injuries on his father’s body.
“My dad was killed in March, and I say killed because although they’re trying to push this narrative that he needed his dick bigger, that’s not what happened,” he said.
Junior claimed his father had a missing eyeball and a “giant gash” on his forehead, questioning how such injuries could be explained by the procedure.
He also alleged that his father’s wife, whom he claimed was not legally married to Igho, failed to provide the family with clarity about what happened in Thailand. He further accused her of taking his inheritance and properties belonging to his father.
“I had my inheritance stolen by his wife. Just crazy how many properties, guns, watches, just gone to South Africa with the wind,” he alleged.
Junior said the family only learned details surrounding his father’s death through the same reports that circulated online and accused people of trying to “defile” Igho’s name and change the narrative about his life.
His comments come days after a UK coroner’s inquest reportedly found that Igho died from a pulmonary embolism linked to hyaluronic acid filler used during a penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok.
Junior, however, maintained that he does not believe the public account tells the full story and said his family deserves answers.
“I miss my dad. He didn’t deserve what happened to him, and he doesn’t deserve what’s happening to him now,” he said.
