A Nigerian Navy lieutenant and a 51-year-old driver, Felix Dickson, have been arrested after 248 moulds of suspected cannabis were allegedly found in their vehicle in Rivers State.

Security expert, Zagazola Makama reported  that  operatives of the Safer Highway Patrol intercepted the suspects along the East-West Road and arrested the duo.

According to the report, the suspects were conveying five large “Ghana-Must-Go” bags containing the suspected cannabis, popularly known as “Scottish Loud.”

Dickson, from Owhe Community in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, was reportedly driving from Lagos to Port Harcourt when the patrol team intercepted the vehicle.
