Nollywood actress and film producer, Toyin Abraham, has disclosed that she recently lost another pregnancy, revealing that she was four months pregnant at the time of the loss.
Abraham made the disclosure while speaking at the Bestie Jesu Concert 2026 in Lagos on Saturday, 19
September, 2026, where she recounted how Pastor Bolaji Idowu supported her financially and spiritually during the difficult period.
She explained that she was still on a film set when the pregnancy loss occurred.
“I was four month pregnant, but I lost it. But guess what, I was filming, so I was down,” she said.
The actress disclosed that she initially withheld the news from her parents, explaining that she was particularly concerned about how her elderly mother would react.
“I didn’t want to call my parents; you know how it is that you don’t want to… my parents, my mom is old, and I didn’t want to call my mom,” she said.
Abraham explained that she instead informed her husband, who was away at the time, before reaching out to Pastor Bolaji Idowu, who immediately began praying for her and inquired about her location.
“I just told my husband, but that day he was far away, and guess who I called? I just called Pastor Bolaji. He just started praying for me, and he said, ‘Where are you?’ I said, ‘I’m on my way to the hospital,'” she said.
She further disclosed that the pastor asked about the medical procedure she was scheduled to undergo at the hospital.
“He said, ‘What’s going to happen?’ I said, ‘They want to do an evacuation,'” she said.
Abraham revealed that Pastor Bolaji subsequently sent her a substantial amount of money to help cover the cost of the procedure, expressing her gratitude to him.
“And Pastor Bolaji sent me millions. Thank you so much, Pastor Bolaji. God bless you,” she said.
The actress had previously opened up about losing a pregnancy in 2022, disclosing at the time that she had cried extensively over the loss because she desired to have one or two more children. Abraham, who has a son and a stepdaughter with her husband, Kola Ajeyemi, had said she still hoped to have more children when the time was right.
“Yes I want to have more kids. I was actually pregnant but I lost it. It’s fine though. But when it happened I cried, I cried a lot because I just want to have one or two more kids and I’m done, but things happen,” she had said.
