In a heartwarming display of compassion and community service, the ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation on Wednesday, 4 June, 2025, extended support to widows, the aged, and underprivileged women at the Alalubosa community in Oke Oyi, Ilorin East Local Government Area.
The outreach event witnessed a large turnout of women who benefitted from the foundation’s donation of food items, clothing,Cash and free medical check-ups. The initiative, spearheaded by Prince Biodun Otepola, founder of the ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation, aimed to alleviate the burdens faced by vulnerable groups in society.

Speaking at the event, Prince Otepola shared that his drive to empower women and the less privileged stems from a deep sense of empathy and a personal conviction that one does not need to possess immense wealth to make a meaningful impact.
“This is just one of the many empowerment initiatives we’ve embarked on, and by God’s grace, we will continue to reach out and support more communities with the little resources we have,” he said.

The Baale of Alalubosa, Alhaji Shonibare Zakariya, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Prince Otepola and the ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation for choosing the Alalubosa community for the generous outreach. He offered prayers for the continued growth and prosperity of the foundation.
The ABYEM Helping Aid Foundation continues to solidify its commitment to social welfare and grassroots empowerment, with a focus on uplifting vulnerable populations across the region.
