A coroner report has linked the death of British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, to complications Arising from a penis enlargement procedure he underwent during a luxury trip to Thailand with his wife.

Igho, 43, reportedly had 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis at a clinic in Bangkok in March, according to an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court.

A postmortem examination in the UK reportedly found cellular material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure.

Coroner Jean Harkin subsequently ruled that Igho died from a pulmonary embolism caused by the cosmetic procedure.

Igho and his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, had reportedly went for a massage, some hours after he completed the penis enlargement procedure. In the course of the massage he complained of chest pain and collapsed twice.

He was rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot blocking an artery in the lungs.

Medics reportedly performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but Igho died in the early hours of March 6.

Igho, who had about 185,000 Instagram followers, was known for his lavish lifestyle.
