Former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Honourable Oluyinka Ogundimu has described the appointment of Honourable Wahab Alawiye-King as an aide to the President in the Office of First Lady as well deserved.
Honourable Alawiye-King was this week, named Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs and Strategy, Office of the First Lady.
“It’s a well deserved apportionment. Honourable Alawiye-King has proven to be a man you can trust to deliver in assignment given to him.
“He excelled as a Lawmaker and was outstanding in his last assignment as the Chairman of the state Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) which culminated in his being elected to lead the Forum of all SUBEB Chairmen in Nigeria. He’s been tested, he has always delivered and I’ve no doubt that he will excel in this latest assignment,” Ogundimu said in a message to celebrate the appointment of former LASUBEB Chairman.
Ogundimu wished the new Presidential Aide huge success in his new assignment commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for always putting round pegs in round holes.
“President Tinubu is a man who has the knack for putting round pegs in round holes and with Alawiye-King’s appointment, he has done it again,” the former Lawmaker who represented Agege State Constituency II in the 7th, 8th and 9th Assembly said.
