A Nigerian Navy lieutenant and a 51-year-old driver, Felix Dickson, have been arrested after 248 moulds of suspected cannabis were allegedly found in their vehicle in Rivers State. Security expert, Zagazola Makama reported that operatives of the Safer Highway Patrol intercepted the suspects along the East-West Road and arrested the duo.
