Fatodu Present as NSC Hosts Maiden Meeting of MOC for 1st Intermediate Games

The National Sports Commission held the inagural meeting of the Main Organising Committee (MOC) for the First Intermediate Games to be hosted in Lagos.

The MOC meeting, which was held in Abuja was chaired by Hon. Bukola Olopade, Director General of the National Sports Commission who is also the Chairman of the MOC, where he provided profound insights on the plans and guidelines for successful hosting of the First Intermediate Games by Lagos State.

The Director General of the Lagos State Sports Commission and Vice Chairman of the MOC, Hon. Lekan Fatodu, informed the committee on the level of preparation of Lagos State in hosting the national sporting event and also reiterated the commitment of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in employing sports as a potent means of creating a pathway to self discovery, growth and greater opportunities for youths in Lagos, and beyond.

The meeting was attended by the SSA to the President on Grassroots Sports, Mr. Adeyinka Adeboye; Director of Sports Development, Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr. Ninayon Travih; Director of Sports Facility, Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr. Deji Aladegbemi; and other senior members of the MOC.
